The player can make a withdrawal request by going to the Cashier and clicking on the “Withdrawal” section.
All the withdrawal requests must be approved by the Two-Up Online Casino finance department. To get the approval, the player must submit valid identification documents that confirm the player’s age, address, and banking details. Please make sure all the details are correct and scanned before sending them to the Casino representatives at [email protected].
Acceptable identification documentation includes, but is not limited to:
- Copy of ID (back and front in color)
- Color photo of all the credit cards used for making deposits at Two-Up Online Casino (back and front). The Casino requires only the first 6 and last 4 digits, the expiration date, the card holder's name on the front and the signature on the back. The rest can be covered.
- Credit Card Authorization Agreement*

The documentation approval can take up to 3 (three) days and is performed once for new players. The player must submit all the aforementioned documents. Otherwise, the Casino will send an email to the Player with the list of missing documents or deny the withdrawal request in case the Player fails to provide all the documentation. The Player can request the withdrawal only after all the documents are approved by the Casino’s finance department. The process of withdrawal may take up to 3-7 business days.
Whenever possible, Two-Up Online Casino will process any withdrawals using the method chosen by the Player to fund their account or the optimal method discussed with the player.
The player can get a withdrawal on their Credit Card only if they used this method to fund their account. In other cases, all the withdrawals are performed via Wire Transfer.
