Two-Up Online Casino doesn’t charge any fees for any of the deposit methods. However, the fee may be charged from the player’s bank processor.
After making the first deposit, the player has to undergo a verification procedure that implies that they will be contacted by our customer representative to confirm some personal account details. These requirements must be met in order for the Player to receive comprehensive and exhaustive services on the part of the Casino representatives.
Although the maximum amount for every deposit method is mentioned in the table above, it may vary depending on the client’s location and player class. Please contact our Customer Support team or your personal Account Manager for more information.
The player has the right to set a deposit limit on their account anytime by contacting their personal Account Manager. However, the player must notify the Casino about their intention to set a limit with a 24 (twenty-four) hours’ notice. The changes will be implemented within 24 (twenty-four) hours after the request.

The player can make a withdrawal request by going to the Cashier and clicking on the “Withdrawal” section.
All the withdrawal requests must be approved by the Two-Up Online Casino finance department. To get the approval, the player must submit valid identification documents that confirm the player’s age, address, and banking details. Please make sure all the details are correct and scanned before sending them to the Casino representatives at [email protected].
Acceptable identification documentation includes, but is not limited to:
- Copy of ID (back and front in color)
- Color photo of all the credit cards used for making deposits at Two-Up Online Casino (back and front). The Casino requires only the first 6 and last 4 digits, the expiration date, the card holder's name on the front and the signature on the back. The rest can be covered.
- Credit Card Authorization Agreement*
- Payment Verification Form filled in with necessary details for the Bank Transfer option.
- Utility bill (or any other official document containing player’s current physical address and full name) not older than the past 3 (three) months.
*Note: the Credit Card Authorization Agreement should be provided for each and every card successfully used for transactions with the Casino prior to the withdrawal in order for the process to be approved.
The documentation approval can take up to 3 (three) days and is performed once for new players. The player must submit all the aforementioned documents. Otherwise, the Casino will send an email to the Player with the list of missing documents or deny the withdrawal request in case the Player fails to provide all the documentation. The Player can request the withdrawal only after all the documents are approved by the Casino’s finance department. The process of withdrawal may take up to 3-7 business days.
Whenever possible, Two-Up Online Casino will process any withdrawals using the method chosen by the Player to fund their account or the optimal method discussed with the player.
The player can get a withdrawal on their Credit Card only if they used this method to fund their account. In other cases, all the withdrawals are performed via Wire Transfer.
Two-Up Online Casino does not charge the player any fees for any of its withdrawal methods. However, the fee may be charged by the player’s bank processor.
Two-Up Online Casino allows a minimum withdrawal of $100 and a maximum of up to $2000 per week. Weekly withdrawal limits of higher amount might be subjected to review for VIP players. For more information, please address your Account Manager.
Two-Up Online Casino reserves the right to send out the player’s winnings in installments in accordance with their player class. Player class is generally determined by depositing or the gaming activity of the player.
Upon multiple withdrawal requests, Two-Up Online Casino reserves the right to combine the total amount of withdrawals requested into as few requests as possible to allow faster payments, and up to the allowed maximum amount to be paid per week.
