What games are excluded from the bonuses?
Certain games won't contribute to meeting your wagering requirements unless the bonus terms say otherwise. This includes Live Dealer games, Jackpot games, Ride 'em Poker, Baccarat, Roulette, Craps, Pai Gow, War and other table games.
Additionally, all offerings from Dragon Gaming, except for scratch cards and slots, and any games from Betsoft, Nucleus, Saucify, and SpadeGaming, are excluded from promotional play. To ensure clarity and make the most of your gaming experience, always check the specific details in the bonus description you've chosen.
Are there any limitations attached to the bonus funds
Every bonus we offer comes with a playthrough requirement. This means you'll need to bet a specific total amount before you're able to withdraw the bonus or any winnings it generated. Each bet you make reduces your overall playthrough requirement by the amount wagered. Once the playthrough hits 0, you've met the requirement and can access your winnings.
Different games contribute differently to the wagering requirements based on the type of bonus you've chosen:
• Slots, Video Slots, Keno, and Scratch Cards – 1.00
• Card Games - 0.20
• Video Poker - 0.20
Be aware that some bonuses have a Maximum Cashout Limit – in this case, any amount that exceeds the limit will be removed from your playable balance upon meeting the wagering requirement.
On the other hand, bonuses offering Unlimited Cashout won't let you withdraw the bonus amount itself, but you can withdraw any winnings above that after fulfilling the playthrough requirements.
Do you offer any bonuses with no wagering requirements?
All bonuses come with wagering requirements. We do have exceptions for our VIP Club players. Please contact our Customer Support to find out more.
What is the playthrough?
Playthrough/wagering is the mechanism that allows us to give lucrative and entertaining bonuses to our players. Basically, it's the number of times the player needs to wager the sum of their deposit and/or bonus to cash out their winnings.
Can you give me an example of a playthrough?
When we say that our bonuses has x30 playthrough, we mean that the sum of the deposit and bonus should be wagered 30 times before withdrawal. For example, if you claim a 250% bonus on your deposit of $100, you'll get $250 in bonus money. The sum of your deposit and bonus will be $100+$250=$350. Then, multiply this number by 30, and you'll see that the WR for this particular bonus is $10,500.
How do I find out my current playthrough progress
The Playthrough progress can be checked by clicking on your Playable Balance (in the top right-hand corner for PC and in the bottom right-hand corner for Mobile)
What is the maximum cashout for the bonus?
The maximum cashout is the limit for some bonuses, as determined by the Bonus T&Cs. This term refers to the precise value that limits the amount of winnings you can cash out from a particular bonus.
Generally, only certain bonuses come with a maximum cashout restriction (e.g., No-Deposit Bonuses or Cashback Bonuses). This means that you may withdraw the funds up to a maximum cash-out value determined by the bonus conditions, but not more than that. Thus, if wagering requirements were met, but your balance is above the predetermined maximum cashout limit, the extra funds will be either deducted automatically (after the playthrough is completed), or our Finance Department will void the excess upon the withdrawal.
I've chosen a bonus with no maximum cashout. Does this mean that I'll be able to cash out everything once the playthrough is completed?
In case a bonus chosen (e.g., Percentage Match bonus) comes with no maximum cashout limit, you can withdraw all the winnings derived from it except for the initial bonus amount. Therefore, the exceeding bonus amount will be automatically deducted upon the withdrawal request.
For example, if you deposit $100 and take a 200% match bonus on top, you will receive $200 as a bonus amount, turning your total playable balance into $300 ($100 deposit + $200 bonus). Once the playthrough requirement for the bonus is met and you decide to withdraw your winnings – the initial bonus amount of $200 will be deducted automatically by the system, and the rest of the winnings will be yours to keep.
However, we do recommend checking the bonus description before you choose to redeem it, as some bonus offers come with a maximum cashout limit.
Can I withdraw my winnings if my playthrough is not finished?
All of bonus types at Two-Up Casino are subject to playthrough requirements.
If you play with a bonus or promotion, please make sure to check that any associated wagering requirements are met before requesting a payout. Failure to meet the playthrough requirements will result in the withdrawal request being denied.
Why is my playthrough not changing when I place bets
Placing bets in the games excluded from your active promotion doesn't count toward the playthrough requirement. If you've noticed that your wager doesn't influence the remaining playthrough, it's highly recommended to stop placing any bets and immediately contact Customer Support.
Is there the maximum bet amount when I play with a bonus?
The maximum bet amount restriction is not applied when using a bonus. Therefore, you are welcome to check the minimum/maximum bet of the chosen game & place the preferable bet.
What is the maximum and the minimum I can bet in any game?
The betting limits can vary depending on the game game you play. Therefore, you can bet according to the betting limits of a chosen game (e.g. minimum — $0.01, maximum — $100)
I don't think my bet paid out correctly. Is there a way to check the betting history
You can get general information about the bets you made in these games in your Account History (Cashier → History → Bets).
In the Account History, you'll be able to see if a bet turned out to be a winning or losing one, as well as any changes it applied to your balance. Then, if you need to check combinations and/or paylines (along with other details), you may try checking if a Betting History is available for the game in question. To do that, open the game where you made the bet, go to its Menu, and you'll find the Betting History there (🕒).
If you're having trouble finding the betting history, please, contact our Customer Support and provide them with the game title for further assistance.
Why is my playable balance different from my withdrawable balance?
In case you redeem a match bonus on top of your deposit – it turns your entire playable balance into the bonus balance. It can be converted into the withdrawable amount only by completing the playthrough requirement. Therefore, your total balance (deposit + bonus) is used simultaneously and cannot be separated until you fully cover the playthrough connected to the bonus you've chosen.
For example, if you deposit $100 and take a 200% match bonus for slots on top, you will receive $300 in total. Thus, the playthrough will be ($100+$200)*30 =$9000. Each time you place a bet, no matter if it is a winning or losing one, the playthrough will be deducted from the bet amount and will decrease. Once the playthrough reaches 0, the bonus money will be converted into a withdrawable balance.
How can I collect and use my comp points?
Comp Points (CP) are accumulated while you place bets at Two-Up Casino. For every $12 that you wager, you get 1 CP, but this ratio might be significantly improved per player's VIP class (gaming/depositing activity). In our Cashier tab (Playable Balance section for Mobile), you can redeem 100 CP to get $1 on your playable balance without any wagering or maximum cashout restrictions attached to it.
To withdraw your Comp Points, please click on Balance → Finances → Comp points. Once you're there, you may enter the amount of Comp Points you'd like to convert and click on the Redeem button.
Remember, the minimum amount you can convert there is 100 CP; otherwise, your request will be dismissed.
It's advisable to redeem your Comp Point balance only if there's no active bonus on your account. Otherwise, bonus restrictions will be attached to the converted amount.
Are there any restrictions attached to my comp points?
